Additional Terms
Automatic Payment Processing In instances of failure to pay advertising charges, Local Pro Solutions reserves the right to automatically charge the client via Stripe or any other payment processor. If we need to use our backup card for advertising costs that the client is contractually obligated to pay, those costs will be immediately re-billed to the client with an additional fee of 2.9% + $0.30 to cover processing fees. Following any such incident, we will provide a detailed billing statement to the client for transparency and record-keeping.
